very poor management company, beware they will take advantage of you, disabled or not, they do not inspect the homes before or after you rent. They set a showing for you and not show up, they send a young adult to show you the home and he knows nothing about the home, he will rush you thru so you do not get a good visual of the property, and does not answer your questions, They set you up with another showing and then say someone else is interested and want you to put a deposit on the home to hold it until the next showing, then put you off for a period of time, then tell you that your deposit is non refundable and fast talk you into signing there papers and you loose all your money, deposit, rent. BEAWARE the homes are filthy and in desperatly needing repairs
