Awesome guy that Jerry,he May as well have called me nigger the way he acted in an interview I had with him a few years ago about a painting job.

were should i begin okay i need to move do to health issues, i have section 8 they pay all my rent i pay any overage this is the perfect house for me and my 2 family members i spoke with Jerry at the time he stated i would be a good tenant the kind of person he wanted in this house i looked at the house it was perfect for us i turned in my application at the office and waited to hear back no call so i called and talked to Jerry and he stated he couldn't rent the house to me due to my "credit score" first i didn't give them permission to check my credit score and that shouldn't be a reason to not rent a house to someone, during this time in america i know everybody does not have perfect credit and i am sorry i am not rich , if there is a guarantee that the rent will be paid on time every month then my credit score should not have been and issue i believe they saw i was black and blacks just are not suppose to live in such a all white neighborhood mmm cause i do have a income and my bills do get paid on time every month no static not late and he was very rude and i think that is very bias and prejudice you should want some one in your house that will take care of your property and not cause problems someone quit so this is a nasty place and i do remember them from years ago i had the same problem MY COLOR my money is just as good as any other color so no i would not reccommend them to any one and i am reporting him/them to the BBB and pissed of consumer



october 14th i found out that they rented it to white people i have friends who are realators and we are reporting them to the RESPA for that so wrong on every level
