My experience with Rome's has NOT been a good one. The owner, Keith, was extremely rude to me and treated me as if I was a waste of his time. In my opinion, Keith wants nothing to do with any customer who does not look rich or who does not look like they have big bucks to fork over to him. I guess he judges the vehicle that you drive or have repair questions about. If it is a new or expensive vehicle then he will make the time for you, but if you have an older or inexpensive vehicle then he will treat you as if you are a waste of his time and will be very rude to you and pretty much refuse to deal with you and your vehicle. Keith is not a friendly person. Rome's charge extremely high prices for their services. That is probably why he treats customers who "look" like they can't afford him very rudely. I will never go to Rome's Standard Service again.

In town on vacation, developed low tire.

Went in to have a tire that was losing air checked. Found the leak, removed the tire, repaired it, remounted, torqued lug nits to correct specs. Prompt courteous service, reasonable charge. Glad that I was referred to them by another local business.

Trustworthy and capable repair service. They diagnosed my ECM issue, gave me the part number so I could purchase a reconditioned module, and installed it at a reasonable rate. Work was completed when promised and I am VERY happy to have my car running smoothly again.
