Being an Allstate agent isn't just a job for me, it represents family - my father was an agent. After I graduated from Rhode Island College, I spent some time working in the hospitality industry where I learned that customer service really differentiates you from the competition. My father invited me to join his business, and I jumped at the chance. Watching him work in this business while I was growing up, and seeing him connect with customers and the community, made an impression on me.
