Big Thank you to Glen, Gary and Mark in the service dept at Vans RV for all of your help to repair our 2015 GreyHawk Motor home damaged by an electrical power surge. Top quality service, friendly and affordable.

These guys also made it possible to continue our pre-paid non refundable trip for our Anniversary while waiting to repair our motorhome. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to these guys for their concern and support! Its rare to find this kind customer service and care in a business these days. Thank you again! My wife and I went to vans to look at A 2007 Keystone Copper Canyon that ended up having very little water damage at first.. Put down a $250 deposit... Made plans on picking up the trailer within 3 to 4 months. Within that time they were supposed to fix the little damage that was their previous... Also gave them $1250 within the first month as payment towards total balance due.. Within that time of the Second payment of $1250 towards balance due there was an extreme amount of water damage in the trailer...slide outs left open windows were open trailer was unlocked. I noticed all this about 90 days after my first deposit of $250.. Which in the meantime already gave them $1250 towards balance due... I finally went into vans one afternoon and told him that I was backing out of the deal ... Due to extreme water damage to trailer ..I would've liked at least my $1250 back. They refused to give me a dime back.. So I was out $1500 because of their lack of communication and being professional.. I would just like to forewarn anyone about vans dishonesty and ability to conduct business in the right way.
