We have had Dakota from Bill's Appliance Service out twice. A year ago Dakota and his boss went to exceptional efforts to try and repair our washer. In the end, the backbone was broken and it was not fixable. But they charged little compared to the effort made. This year the dryer started making a noise. We called. They came and immediately knew exactly what the problem was, had the part on hand, showed me the bad part, and had the machine working, all in about 20 minutes. I do not love paying a trip and diagnostic charge, but in the end, I am paying for their expertise and experience. I do not understand the experience of the other two reviewers. It is almost like they are talking about some other company.

I had a really good experience with Bill's Appliances Service. Someone came the same day I called and fixed the issue I had with my washer. It was an issue with my washer's computer and he provided suggestions on what I could do if the issue came up again. He also provided suggestions on how to use my washer that would help prevent major problems like overfilling and things like that.

I would recommend them.

Love this company. Always friendly and upfront with their costs. Fast efficient and so so nice. Always go here. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with this company. My oven was having some problems and I wasn't able to use it or my stove. I called them on a Tuesday and they told me that they would be to my house about 10 am the next morning. And they were right on time. The technician was very nice and was able to figure out what the problem was and had it fixed within 20 minutes, I will be calling them again with any appliance problems I have.

We have contacted Bill's for problems with our dishwasher, and he not only fixed the problem, but gave great avice about hard water, etc. Well worth your money.

Steve is so knowledgeable and friendly and good at what he does. He was in and out of my house having fixed my washer in forty five minutes. Highly recommend him and his company. I would never go anywhere else. And they are one of the lowest cost around too. It's a surprise for such excellent workmanship

I would suggest not going through this company. They were literally at my house for 2 minutes and charged 90 dollars. Do not go through them!

WOW Steve took good amount of time to explain exactly what needed to be done to fix my washer, then checked my fridge too. All was good there, Thanks Steve for your help. I will recommend you to everyone.
