Don't even bother!!!!! I dont live in loveton farms but another property called Wintergreen, that is also managed by wintergreen. Customer service al the way up to Management for this company is horrible. First off, they are rude and very unproffessional. Customer service is a pure joke as they have NO customer service skills at all. They give you the run around, if you ask to speak a manager there is never anyone around. No one takes accountability for anything even when its clear that the problem is their fault. Everyone acts so nonchalant about everything. When you finall are able to speak to someone in management, they act the same exact way. You would think they would do whatever to make you happy like any other upper management would. That is soley not the case at hendersen webb.



Now where do I start.........

So, when I pick up my keys for my new apartment everything went smooth, however after I entered my new home, it has been downhill ever since. INSPECTION TIME!!!!

Bathroom filthy down to the nasty, dirty vanity(the whole thing), shower head and bar rusted.

Refridgerator, light in kitchen, stove and heat not working properly.

All the fuses blow at least once a day.

Blinds in bedroom filthy dirty

AND now for the nastiest, most unsanitary and unhealthy thing in the world......

Mice and roach droppings everywhere inside kitchen cabinets and drawers....not just a few here and there but a hand full in each kitchen drawer and on floor.

But this iswhat really takes the cake.....

I reported these things right away to the rental office and customer service and guess what......I didnt move in right away, I moved in 10 days later and today is my 16th day since I picked my keys up and all the stuff still isnt done yet. I have called more than 10 times already, met with upper management and most things still remain the same.

Last but not least....... The bulding itself is horrible, nasty carpet, spider webs everywhere, entrance lock takes forever to open and it stinks horrible...

And they wont let me out of my lease.

The apartment smell like an ashtray!!! The smoke from other apartments seeps in through the walls and under the door. Management company is in denial and uncooperative.
