I wish I could give this store and big fat 0 and an F in all regards. We have purchased many things from both of the Aaron's stores and paid them off. We recently purchased a sectional and after a month of owning it, I was diagnosed with cancer. We can no longer afford the payments and called to return it. Debra had no regard for the fact that I am going through a scary life changing situation, she is rude and speaks over me and is demeaning and belligerent. She says this is a to own program and not a rental. I am sorry, on everything you see from Aaron's it says return any time for any reason. She yells and says you will pay for it. She bullies and refuses to listen. Do NOT go to this store. Go to the one in Reno if you must use them. Debra needs to be replaced or they will lose many customers. 0 people skills. Threatening me with fraud for not paying and refuses to pick up, not concern for my illness and what it is costing my family, only her bottom line.

f i could give them less then one star I would. This store Is Horrible !!!!! Debra in particular is a horrid general manager and has no right to have any job dealing with people. She should be off working in a factory somewhere where she sees and speaks to no one. She continued to talk down to me when I was asking to explain why I was paying Over what I should of been for my account. All she could of said was u have a $12 fee if u pay bi weekly and that would of been the end of it. But she didn't she talked down to me and was extremely rude. Then when they came to move my mattress the guy was so rude kicked my white clothes out of the way with his dirty shoes. And I came in and he had my sheets in his hand and when I asked him what he was doing (because my sheets where not even on the bed ) he said he was looking for the mattress cover which is not appropriate. This store needs to be seen for the problem it is if u need to go to aarons go to the reno store because this store will treat u horrible they need to be shut down or at least the manager needs to be fired.
