I brought a generator in to get serviced on Monday and told them I needed it back by the weekend. They said that was not a problem and they would start on it right away and it would be done by Wednesday. I called them to see how it was coming and they said they have not even looked at it yet and would not even be able to start on it till Friday and it would be the end of the next week to pick it up. I decided to go pick it up because I had to have it done by the weekend to use. To top it off, I go in to pick it up and the staff is standing around talking badly about ME to everyone else and did not know I was standing there. The way they handled this situation is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not recommend doing any business with them.
