Booked an appointment online more than 24 hours in advanced. Showed up for that appointment 15 minutes early to ensure they had enough time to prepare my service order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the service desk. I informed the employee that I had an appointment in 15 minutes for service on my vehicle. She stated "oh my manager called you earlier". (he/she did not call me). She then stated "Oh you booked online... well it's a 3 hour wait for your service to be started."
No call, no text, no nothing except an attitude when I arrived for my scheduled appointment.
Don't waste your time, take your vehicle somewhere else.

Brought in for an oil change. They told me my serpentine belt was cracking, needed to be changed AND I need to replace my both front ball joints, both uppers. I took to my trusted mechanic found out that neither belt or ball joints were bad. Total rip off in the service dept. Will never go back again.

this place is a rip off. i towed my car over there and got it fixed. i drove a couple blocks and my car installed. i took it back and they want to charge me another diagnostic test which is another $80. Don't take your car over there.
