my vehicle was towed by them when i paid it off and picked it up they stole items from my vehicle blew a fuse by yanking out wires attached to the items they stole so my window was left down the entire time because the fuse being blown window did not roll back up you can tell they went through my vehicle stuff was thrown all around that was inside cubby or center console stole my subwoofer that was mounted to vehicle and the equalizer and attempted to take the radio radio was completely disconnected i had to re connect every wire wires were damaged like they were just pulled out some were broken wire nuts all over vehicle took the whole dash board trim that equalizer was mounted on to and when i called jerome martinez he made me go through the las vegas office he didnt even ask about anything or try to help me he then blocked my number after i threaten to file a police report i feel he knows who did it or was the one that did it none of my personal items were cataloged like legally they are suppose to do and i was in touch with them and he was aware i was trying to get it back
