Excellent food,service and prices

Would give zero stars if possible. The first time we went we had a decent experience but then it got steadily worse. This last time a cheeseburger was forgotten, ok so things can get overlooked from time to time, but when it was brought out there was blood on the bun. I cut the burger open expecting to see that it was raw but it was fully cooked, I took it back up and asked about it and I was told that beef bleeds when it is cooked... I'm so glad they told me that, I have been cooking for my family for years... I ended up tiring of the excuses and just told them that we didn't want it. When I went up to pay I asked again about the blood and the same guy that told me beef bleeds then proceeded to tell me that it was red grease that they use, I have never heard of any red grease in the food industry and when I told him this he proceeded to laugh at me. I asked to speak to the manager and when he decided to come out to speak to me, over 5 minutes after I asked to speak to him, he did not care about the guy laughing and could not explain the blood except to tell me that they were to busy. After the manager told me that I would not be charged for the cheeseburger HE CHARGED ME FOR IT TWICE!!!! I will never go back to Lollies!!!
