These folks are the best! The shop is located right in the middle of downtown Spearfish with big windows so you can watch them making tortillas. You can go right in and get a full tour of how to make tortillas - they will even let you pick one right off the machine fresh out of the oven!!



These are the greatest tortillas I've ever eaten, they also make several flavor of wraps, my favorite is the Habinero - it's real hot and spicy with a great flavor. We couldn'g buy out of the shop but they sell their wares right accross the street at a local market and several other markets throughout the Black Hills... You can also get them in local resturants, they are exclusive at the local Mexican Food place Guadalahara's --- if you're from the area you'll want to ask your favorite place to order from these guy's.



When your in Spearfish make this a "must see" place to visit!
