The flavor of the coffee is always consistent: bold/strong but never burnt tasting or too weak. This is most likely due to the fact that the coffee Jacob's uses, Gemelli, is roasted locally. The coffee has a nutty flavor as opposed to the oily, bitter one I always get at the big chain coffee store. My favorite is a 12 oz double shot Americano. The servers are customer friendly and with the very rare exception do not dress in a revealing provocative manner that I wouldn't want my young children to see.
