Hello I called Precision Grout in Spokane and they called me back promptly and came out and let me know what I needed to do to repair my leaky shower. Randy was upfront and wrote me an estimate for the job on the spot. I called a handyman who wanted to charge me for the visit and then told me I should tear out my tile and put in a plastic enclosure for twice what it would cost to re grout and caulk my existing shower, which I thought was possible but a little crazy after hearing what Randy had suggested. So I sheduled an appointment he came out and in one day he had my shower looking brand new. He was in and out and his estimate was right on the money.
