I utilized Accelerated Billing and Management services to be paneled with insurance companies. They reported the process would take 3-6 months and their employee had a title of "Credentialing Specialist" behind her name. A year later they did not fulfill their obligations or do their job. In the end they paneled me with 2 out of 10 insurance companies. The direct employee I dealt with was unorganized and unprofessional. She did not take any accountability or responsibility for her failure to do her job in the quoted time frame and way beyond. Therefore, I fired them. I would never recommend Accelerated Billing and Management services to anyone.
