I was seen here for a lump in my breast. Not cancerous. Billing for follow up mammo wants to lable it diagnostic instead of preventative (which cost me out of pocket expense) this is a follow up & not a new lump. When I asked about what to do with the lump I was told if it doesn't bother you don't worry about it. It hurts and I want it removed. All I need is a referral for both, if I have to come in for another visit when we know what needs to be done, I will be going to another Dr. On the nice side, the office staff is polite.
