If I could give zero stars, I would. We were referred by a neighbor and they were semi-local. Misdiagnosed our truck and OVERCHARGED for services in which they broke some bolts while trying to repair. They then wanted to do additional expensive repairs, when their faulty work did NOT correct the problem. Beware, charges are ridiculous for the service rendered, and they come across as incompetent when they can't identify the problem without guessing and checking and charging clients exorbitant rates! Labor costs were insane compared to parts required (example: $378 labor for $34 worth of parts) that didn't even correct the problem and potentially made it worse. To quote the worker, "it overheated while we were checking the gaskets and the fan clutch went out", but they did not feel it was their fault. Be VERY cautious of this local vendor.

Have used Greg's talents since 2006. Now live in Walla Walla and am returning to Spokane to have my car serviced by someone I trust.

WE HAVE USED INDIAN TRAIL SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THEY SERVICE ALL 5 OF OUR VEHICLES. GREG IS KNOWLAGEABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.WE HAD A PROBLEM ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY.WE WOULD NEVER GO ANYWERE ELSE. GREAT SERVICE

I called to ask a simple question regarding a part and I felt as though I interrupted the entire day. The man was curt, he didn't listen to my entire question and gave me the wrong answer (I'm sure to get me off the phone). We were considering taking our vehicle for repair - but after this one phone call - that will never happen! If you want good service - call Preedy's! Always happy with them!

Useless. I called for a price and I felt as though I interupted everything. I was not treated as someone who may be potential business - but as an annoyance. Don't know if it was just because I'm female. Either way - I will never ask them for ANYTHING!
