Its partner companies include alfa CTP systems, Scangraphic, alfamedia and IPA Systems Limited. In 1992, the IPA Group purchased The Monotype Corporation and changed its name to Monotype Systems Limited. In June 2002, Monotype Systems Limited adopted the name alfaQuest Technologies Limited at the expiration of the previous trademark license.
