Been going to J&T for years, as has my entire family, and had been happy with their service and customer support. Recently I took my car to have them fix the AC, fix a thermostat that was causing my check engine light to come on, and to look into a grinding sound when turning. They gave me a quote to fix the AC and the thermostat but they couldn't reproduce the grinding noise when turning. I approved the work for the quoted amount. The next day they tripled the quote for the work. After a few discussions, I told them not to proceed with the AC work. However, they did the work and charged me a "discounted" fee. This fee was more than double the original quoted amount and they didn't fix the thermostat causing my check engine light to come on. When I called to discuss this and come up with a solution that both parties would be happy with, they got rude, defensive, and said they could fix all my issues but that they couldn't keep doing it for free.... Needless to say I am very unhappy with this service and will now be looking elsewhere for my vehicle repair needs.
