Do NOT sign with this company! I am still in Washington State, and my bank account was charged illegally by Archie Ray (tech). No service was installed at our home, no equipment, I specifically have in writing do not charge us, we decided to go with another company due to all the complaints I found, as well as them changing their name because they had a F rating on BBB. He now broke all contact after I went to my bank to file a fraud case! I only rated them a 1st are because I had to in order to post this, but I'd rate them -400 if I could.Also their warranties are null and void due to being a 3rd party middle man.

Salesmen say anything to get you to sign contract. Poor customer service. To cancel services with monitronics you have to call to notify them of cancelation followed by a written letter of cancelation. They do not cancel your services for 30 days after they receive written notification. So they insure a extra month of money.
