Provided by YPmobileI was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received from Mr Rooter. Not only were they on time, they were early. They were well dressed and groomed, which is not an industry standard in the plumbing business. They diagnosed my problems and fixed them timely and cost effectively. I would recommend to anybody.

Provided by YP.comMr. Rooter Plumbing is attentive and provided me with fast and courteous service. Their technicians arrived at my doorstep in full uniform, company badge in place, marked van, cones by the van for safety, red booties on their shoes to keep the floors in my home clean and laid down a red Mr. Rooter branded mat at my front porch. Once the diagnosis was made, I was provided with upfront and written good, better and best pricing options so I could select which best suited my needs/budget. When I selected the "better" pricing option, they respected my selection and did not try to upsell me on the "best" selection. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. I felt comfortable having their technician in my home and was not creeped out by a stinky no name plumber running a one man show who could not produce a business card, did not arrive in uniform or even a marked truck. Been there and done that.

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Do NOT use this company!!! I called them over to my house because my water heater was leaking, they told me I needed to have it replaced. Immediately after the water heater was replaced, we started having water pressure issues. I called them back out and they said it was the pipes in the house and not the water heater that caused a reduction in the water pressure. 4 years later, we have practically no water pressure in the master bathroom. I have sought 3 professional opinions from reputable plumbing companies in the Houston area and I have been told that the water heater they used is of very low quality which caused a lot of calcium build up and hence the poor water pressure. ALL 3 companies have said that the water heater is the MAJOR contributing factor to the low water pressure issue and NOT the pipes. FURTHERMORE, they installed this water heater on the floor and therefore VIOLATED CITY CODE and put myself and my family at RISK!!!!! City code requires that all water heaters be installed at least 18inches from the floor. ALL 3 companies spotted this violation immediately and warned me about this. Mr Rooter has taken no responsibility for this, they told me "they do not know why the technician chose to use that water heater brand as it is not their usual brand" They also said "they will raise the water heater off the floor if I paid an additional $300". The water heater should never have been installed on the floor in the first place. I am taking this issue to small claims court.
