PML Exploration Services provides petroleum exploration and mud logging operations for the global oil industry. It has 35 manned logging units that service the mid-continent oil and gas-producing region of the United States. With a computer operated petroleum mud logging system, total gas is plotted every second and chromatograph data is read and plotted at the end of each cycle. Additionally, PML Exploration Services is able to provide clients with a lagged total gas/rate of penetration screen that can be viewed in real time from the client's office if a land line or a CDPD modem is utilized for communications purposes. The company was founded in 1965 and has headquarters in Oklahoma City. It has field offices in Ruston, La., and Fairfield, Texas.
