Do not trust your car to these dishonest, rude, arrogant people. I went in to get my breaks inspected and an oil change. I signed an estimate for 34.85 and DID NOT APPROVE OF A VERBAL ESTIMATE. They later called me and told me that a whole bunch of things were wrong with my car and that it would be over $2,000 to get it all fixed. I of course said no to everything exempt the oil change and break pads which I knew that I really needed. They said that it would be $179.99 to do these two things. I went to pick up my car and my bill was over $600. I took my case to the BBB and every action I had with Grismer tire to fix this problem resulted in the Grismer Tire management talking over me and not listening me. They said that in order for me to get my money back they would have to put the old parts back on my car. I asked them to legally prove to me that they would be my old parts and they couldn't. I will NEVER take my car back to Grismer.
