They were very kind, and professional with us during our time of need and we felt comfortable never judged. They took the time to explain the process to us and assist us in any way. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of these services the experience was First Class.

I have not dealt with this company other than to talk on the phone briefly with a very rude woman named Heather. She called my number to leave a threatening message for someone I do not know. I called back to let her know that she had the wrong number, and Heather was extremely rude and accused me of lying, telling me that it was hard to believe I didn't know the person she was trying to reach and she proceeded to insist that the woman had called from my phone number, which is also not true because I have had this phone number for 10+ years and I live in Charlotte. Next time someone is trying to be helpful, try being polite.

I had the opprotunity to deal with Rahn and it was a great experience. He was very professional and quick, even when i had to revoke the Bond and had her locked back up. He treated me with great care and if I had t dealwith a Bondsman again I would chose Rahn!

I hate the fact that I put myself in the position where I needed the services of a Bail Bondsman, but I am very happy and impressed with Rahns services.

Their bondswoman did her job quickly, and was very nice to deal with.

I hope that I never need their services again, but for those of you who do; you'll be in good hands.
