I had a session with Brandy on August 18. We met at Washington Park and she took several shots of my family all in the same place in the park. Some shots included random other people that were walking in the park. This family session she promise to have available in 2 weeks for preview then she went on vacation promising to select the shots for my family disc on about September 9. I contacted Brandy on September 15,16,17 and 27, after waiting for her to return from vacation having not heard from her. Finally September 28 she replied to me and said she had been in court the previous week and had not been able to answer me or create my disc due to personal issues. I still wanted to create my disc and choose the photos to purchase I was told to send $50 and she would make a disc of all photos to be picked up in person, therefore I paid the $50 and rather than notify me that it was ready for pickup she mailed it, I was never allowed to choose the photos I wanted and the disc I was hoping to have in about a week, as her we site atates, arrived 6 weeks later. The disc is a compilation of about 60 photos in different color hues, not 118 photos. Don't hire Creative Candids! This merchant has no sense of business responsibility and is not reliable. She unfortunately failed to recognize that in my party were 5 young adults, each with a large number of friends getting married and having children, all of whom will be in the market for a photographer. So many referrals could have been made with this one session and they are now hearing how negative the experience was.

This is the first I had been told of any personal issue that was interfering with her business commitments, however I still wanted to create my disc and choose the photos to purchase. I was never allowed to choose the shots I wanted, instead I was met with an argument that I was not concerned with the welfare of a baby and all I cared about was my needs. I thought I was involved in a business deal and had paid for a service. I was asked to send $50 and she would make a disc available for pick up I proceeded to pay another $50 and did not hear anything from her, I called and she said well nobody came by to pick it up so I mailed it. Thanks for being so informative. The disc I was hoping to have in a week arrived 6 weeks later. The disc is a compilation of about 60 photos in different color hues, not 118 photos. Don't hire Creative Candids! This girl has no sense of business responsibility!

It seems I am not the only unhappy customer of Brandy's. My daughter was married in 2010. I paid up front and then i got very poor service. My daughter and i would call her and never get a response. She had every excuse why she never got back to us. She messed up the photo schedule for the wedding day by not returning our phone calls before we sent the invitations. She refused to work with us so that. She refused to break up the timing of photo sessions so we ended up with no pictures of the reception. I tried to get her to meet me half way but she refused to talk to me. She said from here on out she would only talk to my daughter because I was to confrontational. I was angry because I thought it was partly her fault. Brandy is very unprofessional and when she talks to her clients and she acts like a spoiled child. It has been over a year since I ordered the mothers book and still have not received it. I try to call, email, and text her but she never responds.

Brandy and her staff did an amazing job on our wedding pictures. They made the day run smoothly and made sure we had fun along the way. She had a sneak peak of the pictures on face book within 24 hours of our wedding. And the pictures were more amazing than I could hope for! I am glad we chose Creative Candids and will recommend Brandy and her staff.

Please read comments on other pages like google or yahoo for all the horror stories before you book with her. She never calls you back when you leave messages (which you have to leave because they don't answer the phone). She claims that e-mail is the fastest way but fails to respond to e-mails and says that she "Never Got Them". Obviously a poor excuse and a lie since she has used it on everyone. It has been two years since my wedding and I have yet to receive everything. I am no longer in the area which I let her know and told her my Mom was taking care of it all. My Mom let me know recently that she hasn't called to let her know about the pictures. My wedding video is horrible, all you hear is wind. She uses numerous excuses and blames the problems on anything and everything but herself. The majority of my wedding photos are overexposed. If you want less stress and nice pictures for your wedding hire someone else. Too much headache!

I worked for her for a short period of time....she treated me like a grunt worker making me use my vehicle and gas to do all her errands not to mention took all the credit for pictures I took at wedding we did together...where I was her assistant...that was just the day to day stuff tho...the tip of the iceberg was the 3 bad checks she wrote me completly ruining my bank account and refused to pay me the fees later or my last check...she still owes me quite a bit ....ill never speak to her again

Creative Candids took a very special family portrait that can never be reproduced. Brandy really made it easy for us. I will use them for all our future pictures.

I cannot say enough about Creative Candids. They were very professional and fun! I will definitely be using them again!

The contract gave them one month after the wedding to send me the refund, not a year. (I got some other dates mixed up!) Either way, they were late sending me my check!

I let Brandy know a YEAR in advance that I was canceling the wedding & would no loner need her services. According to the contract, Brandy had up until one year after the original set date to give me my refund check. B/C I let Brandy know so far in advance about my need to cancel, I sent her a reminder e-mail 2 MONTHS before my refund check was due to me. A week before my refund check was due to me, I sent Brandy another e-mail with one more reminder.(My check was due back to me July 19th, 2010.) She replied back w/ the following:"I am out of town until 7-25-10. I will send it when I return! Brandy Fletcher" As you can tell, I was very disturbed by this b/c she had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to give me my REFUND CHECK. It was not until I threatened w/ a lawsuit & pointed out that she was in breech of contract by not having my money to me on time that she sent it to me. I am very, very disappointed in my experience with Creative Candids. First, our engagement pictures had very little variety, and the save the date cards were cheap-looking (think high school art project). Unfortunately, we were very specific that we wanted our guests to give "well wishes" messages at the reception on the video, and there were none. All of the pictures we ordered were incorrect - after spending hours picking out which ones we wanted, I was told that I was wrong in the numbers that I gave them. This was not the case - I had to give them the numbers (on the back of the photos) TWICE MORE, and they were still wrong. I was still told it was my fault. We did not get our order for an entire year - and we only received them because we were moving out of the area. My mother in law picked up our photos (we had since moved from the area), and was met with hostility and rudeness from Brandy. I followed up with Brandy to state that it was innappropriate, only to be met with

I used this photograher for my wedding and got very good pictures back though it took up to a year after my wedding to get all of my stuff listed in the contract. Never returned phone calls. Couldn't ever get ahold of anyone. The only stressful part of my wedding day was the photographer asking me what pictures I wanted when it should have been laid out weeks before but I couldn't contact anyone at the company. They were constantly in my face asking me what shot should be next when I would expect them to know what general pictures to take and have some type of plan on the day of the wedding. They acted very stressed out too.

Prior to the wedding while we were still making payments for the photography we had no trouble getting ahold of this company. After the final payment was made it became increasingly more difficult to reach them.

At the wedding there were two photographers, one taking candids, which we were excited to see, and not one of those pictures made it to our proofs. As part of our package there were 300 proofs of the wedding, we received just over 275 proofs and most of them were duplicate photos with different color variations instead of different poses.

When ordering our proofs, I advised them that I was disappointed that we received so few poses and so many color changes, and they did nothing to rectify my dissatifaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After our wedding we received an email with a laundry lists of excuses as to why they weren't performing their duties, yet did nothing to make anything better.

It is greatly disappointing to pay so much for a service and receive so little in return.

If you want good pictures but are willing to wait a very long time for them this business is a good one for you. We liked our pictures but had to wait an entire year after our wedding to get all of the prints we had paid for before the wedding even took place. No one here likes to answer the phone or return your calls or emails. Returned calls were pretty much not an option apparently and every now and then you'd get a response to an email if you were lucky. Long story short, go somewhere else to get your pictures taken.

STAY AWAY EVERYONE. While I used her for my wedding I would recommend anyone to not waste your time. BAD BUSINESS! She was late on everything and after celebrating my one year still have not received our wedding video. Clearly a violation of her contract....... so sad! From day from with engagement pictures I had problems. She does return phone calls or emails in a professional manner!

This photographer took more than 2,000 for my wedding, and then delivered nothing in return. My pictures were washed out, I was shorted over 50 proofs, they didn't capture almost 15 of the poses I had asked for, they were very defensive, there were lines through all of my pictures on my growing up montage, and they NEVER return your phone calls. I have been married a month and just yesterday got to see my online pictures, with proofs taking another 4-6 weeks. My guests thank you cards ar egoing to take two months to get out because the photographer will not get them out to me~! VERY FRUSTRATING!
