My favorite shirt was not very expensive. Its value was sentimental. It is no longer made so I couldn't get another one if I wanted to. When I took it to Starcrest to be cleaned, they returned it with one of the sleeves shredded and a tag pinned to it with the word "defective" on it. It was obvious the sleeve had been caught in some machinery and pulled apart. I can accept that accidents happen, but returning it to me with the implication they had nothing to do with it was unconscionable. I felt it was worthless to complain. My only satisfaction is in opportunities to let people know how Starcrest may treat them someday.
