I just left this subway and had the worst experience ever. There were two workers working, I sent my nephew to get two 5 dollar foot longs, well they are no longer available, and the total was sixteen dollars, so to teach my nephew a lesson, I told him that he needs to get it right, tell the guys, he made a mistake and wanted to get what he could for the thirteen dollars he had. Well at first one guy was going to give him the three dollars he needed to purchase his order, but the other guy, who's name was Devon was a total jerk, he told his co-worker not to give the young man the money. So now it was time for me to rescue him from fear of not getting his sandwich. I went in to asked what was they going to do with the sandwich since he (my nephew) ordered sandwiches that cost more than he had. The first guy was okay, no patience what so ever, kind of rude and definitely seemed prejudiced. He thought we were looking for a hand-out and made unruly statements...... Instead of the guys telling him they no longer have them, Devon proceed to make demeaning remarks, that just was not called for....I wonder how many people have been treated like that at this particular subway, I thought customer service is the number one priority.....I just want buyers to be aware of the disrespectfulness that goes on at some of these restaurants. I hate that I have to rate it with one star....
