I was recently a customer at Baystate auto trim on Berkshire Avenue in Springfield Massachusetts. I have heard good things about them through a few friends of mine. So when I got there I realized that what I was told was actually true. I am very skeptical about auto mechanic shops because I am a female who knows next to nothing about cars! When I went to Baystate they didn't try to sell me any more than I needed, they took care of my repairs and even topped off my fluids as a courtesy just to be nice. actually it was quite comical when they checked my fluid because like I said I know next to nothing about cars and I had next to nothing in my car!! Lol. the mechanic was very informative he answered all questions I needed answered n they gave me some really good deals! I have no complaints and I will be a return customer!! Thank you Baystate Auto! You guys were great :-)
