Sullivan and Associates, based in Springfield, Mass., provides individualized residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, interfering behaviors and mental health concerns. The organization provides residential and day programs and planned respite, emergency respite, outreach services and services for the hearing impaired. Every program is individualized and the institution provides support to hearing impaired and hard of hearing people with mental disabilities.
