Very shady practice. Went to get my injured knee checked. Have you sign electronic and then casually spring on you that they are keeping your credit card on file and can bill you an additional $150.00 for whatever insurance does not cover. Then they hand you written copy to sign where I found clause that you can revoke at any time. I told her I am not signing this. I am revoking per your instructions. I also stated it's a violation. She rudely replied it is not and took my copy away. And added she already had my signature on file. So why ask to sign paper copy? Shady and rude people.
