These local cops are out trying to cause trouble not looking for trouble..Remember the same cop who arrest you for having a beer with you're buddy is the same guy that after he arrest you is going to get out of work and go out and get loaded at the bar and DRIVE home..It's okay for him to do it though right? If you get yourself in trouble call Bernard! I tell everyone this. I got a OUI for 1..that's right 1 beer! I was never offered a sobriety test and when I asked for one they said I refused it..Remember to never take the breathalyzer, Cops can rig those. They tell you if you don't you're license will be gone for 6 months but either way it will be gone cause even if you pass it they will say you are still on some kind of drug just because of ego..

Breathalyzer is just evidence for them. Once you get pulled over and you even had 1 sip of beer it's on.. The legal battle begins
