Provided by YP.comThey did a decent job removing a tree on our property, however they promised to come back the next week and remove the stump. It's been almost a year later now and they still have not come back to grind the stump. I have called repeatedly and left many messages - all of which went unanswered. I would recommend using someone else.
As an addendum - Just now received a call back from who I presume is the owner. Instead of apologizing and attempting to correct his bad behavior, he called stating that because I left this review he would absolutely NOT come back to finish the job. He called me a liar and said that I "burned a bridge." Excuse me, sir, but I believe that it is you who has burned a bridge. There are many tree companies in the area. I attempted to give them another chance, clearly they don't need the business.

Provided by YP.comI had a a lot of work done. They were very professional. I was worried about the very large pine tree in my front yard coming down without any problems. Clinton is very nice and easy to work with. I will hire them again for me future tree work!

Provided by SuperpagesI recently had a tree taken down by Tree Huggers and wasn't impressed. They left a huge mess, workers didn't use safety gear of any kind which is against OSHA rules, they also used offensives language when yelling to each other not to mention running around without shirts on. In my opinion when I'm paying for a service I expect a professional and they were anything but.

Provided by SuperpagesI contacted several companies about having two very large trees removed. They were located very close to our home and a neighbor's house and fence. The Tree Huggers people were amazing. They had all the right equipment and people. Safety was a priority, both ours and theirs. The other companies wanted to drop the trees in large pieces and then cut them up. Tree Huggers took them down in sections and lowered them with a crane. Not one branch was dropped. Our flower beds, the fence, the lawn and the houses survived with no damage. These people are PRO's! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job at a fair price.

Provided by YP.comSeveral years ago, they were to cut 8 pine trees in my back yard. They left one and cut a red maple instead (I believe as a pine fell into it in their process). They caused considerable damage and had alcohol on their breath reportedly when the job was finished.
A friend paid them before I reviewed the job. So, tho there were serious errors, they had no interest in resolving/compensating/finishing the job and forwarded all my letters to their bankruptcy lawyer.
there is two sides to every story !as anyone will tell you i am former military and a united states marine for 8 years and i dont drink alcohol period and would never let my guys do so on a job with that being said ask the client how she negelected to tell us about the fresh graded yard and the lawn discloser on the contract . guess you cant please everyone
