Provided by YP.comI ONLY gave this company 1 star because a 0 star rating is not an option. This company is unbelievably SLOW! We ordered a custom molded seat for her power wheelchair, and it took 1 year for them to deliver the seat. They do not take appointments in the Lebanon Missouri area after 3 o'clock, and they expect to be able to interrupt the child's class at school in order to service what they sell.
We also ordered a bath seat from them about 6 months ago. They initially brought us the wrong bath seat, and they were supposed to order us another. However they totally lost our order all together.............and we wait........
