Got tires from them in Sept 2015 been making payments and took my van in for a four wheel alignment and they screwed up my van worse than before the alignment. They torn up both boot on each side of the front end. They won't even acknowledge that they did not know what they are doing and want to blame it on me. I have asked around town and been told the same thing. They were wrong. I will not go back to them or recommend them to anyone. Contact GL Moore tire pros and automotive of Springfield MO to inquired about an Alignment from a professional shop. To find out the cost of an alignment. It will cost me at least $115 to fix RnR mistake. After explaining to the owner pelf GL Moore what happened he inform that he has had to do others from RnR tire mistakes. The owner is willing to help me and take payment I order to fix my van concretely by me taking it to GL Moore Tire Pros and Automotive. Moral of this story RnR tires suck.

I love this company! I have purchased two sets of rims and three sets of tires from them. Poncho, Nick, and BJ provide excellent customer service, and help in any way possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make their automobile ride and look better!

Would not recommend this business to ANYONE! They are a RIPOFF! Paid well over $1500 for tires and rims, was to be set up on the 120 days "SAME AS CASH" and because they didn't do "their job correctly" on the financial side of it we sill owed over $1500! Sorry but if the company screws up then why should the customer pay for it. They didn't want to make it right on their end so they can take their overpriced tires back and we will NOT be a returning customer. Don't want to forget to mention that we DID pay every week, on time without ever issues from our end. Sad when we held to our end but they didn't. Come to find out some of the paperwork wasn't even filled out or gone over with us! Crap company, shady and a waste of our good EARNED money! ICK Honestly don't even earn 1 star!
