I called a good friend when I left because I was so frustrated and had to vent! It took an hour and a half to find a baby gift from a registry! All girls at registration desk wanted to do was point and explain sections! I went back to desk twice....more pointing each time and no they had two customers so not swamped. Very Very confusing store! You go into bed bath and one clerk will have the attention of three ladies who don't even know each other and we all have our gifts in 5 to 10 min. I hadn't been in Toys R Us for a long time and I won't go back. it was like stepping back in time. To make matters worse the check out or POS system was so slow! Why would you have the clerks push credit while there are 5 people in line? Direct those customers to a customer service POS that is set up for this and close to check out! my daughter was going to register for her baby shower at Toys r us and when I called to tell her about my experience she said she had the very same extremely frustrating visit last week. target will be getting her Registr
