Provided by YP.comJudge Capper is allowing a shared parenting order to be upheld, regardless the father is a convicted drug dealer, admitted to placing his daughter in dangerous environments and admits he will continue to do drugs.
This is not a joke!
The Judge took the easy way out, so he did not have to set a precedent and the child's safety will be an ongoing issue of concern.
This matter will not be dropped and Judge Capper will be advised of future issues, regardless if he care to receive them or not.
