DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Was in their store 3 days in a row trying to rent a hospital bed. Even though this was fully covered by Medicare and Supplemental Care insurance I was treated in a very condescending, rude and insulting manner. I am over 70 and cannot remember when I have been treated so poorly. They do not know the word, "thank you" or "please" and always ended our encounter with a disingenuous "hope it works out".
I went to another source in Springfield with absolutely no hassle, insults in less than 5 minutes.
