Do not use this company if you are a homeowner. I called a month ago, received an estimate, scheduled my job for this week. He would not commit to a specific time then, but said that he would call to schedule the specific day and time on the week prior. We called him and left message twice with no return call. Finally the fourth day into the week that he was supposed to be putting my gutters in, he answered. He claimed to need surgery at first, then stated that a $30,000 job came up and he has to do that job, so and I quote "do me a favor and get someone else to do it." I was flabbergasted!!! I called in the middle of August to schedule for this servce before the rains started. Now that it has rained, I am facing trying to get my gutters done along with everyone else who did not plan ahead!!! This sucks! He made me wait and now he is choosing a large job over mine!
