Do not Use these people Thorp Purdy Jewett ,Urness & Wilkinson PC My mother set up her Estate and Will with them. This was a very simple estate should have been taken care of with in 9O days. Now John Urness is holding up the settlement of the estate just so that he can put more money in his pocket. This has been going on for over 11/2 years with no end in sight. Dwight G. Purdy a partner say that John as done nothing wrong. How ever a check with the Lane County District Attorney and another criminal attorney says that his conduct is Criminal. But John Urness claims that he is a friend of the D.A. and they won't prosecute him. if I try to take this to probate court John Urness claims he will keep it in court for YEARS
