HORRID communication. I wouldn't take my car there.
It recently changed owners. This is NOT how Mike ran the shop.

I wrote out examples of their poor communication. I did the most recent with details, but there have been multiple times over the past few months.
Many times they've told my parents the car is done and it's not. And they did not fix it correctly one time so they had to take it back within weeks to be re-fixed.

I did not change my opinion. The company called my parents to FORCE the comment to come down or be edited. So sorry you other costumers will not see an honest review with honest examples of their poor communication and service. But that apparently became "unhelpful" to their current customer.
