Never use UPS for any of their services. Especially their pick-up service sucks! Their attitude towards customers is unbearable especially when I'm telling them that the driver never showed up for pick-up and they are saying that maybe I didn't hear him knock at the door. What a BS! I was at home the entire day, constantly communicating with UPS regarding this pick-up issue and they said the driver doesn't have a specific time frame and a cellphone and that he may stop by before 5pm or after 5pm, bla, bla bla. This is a company of liars and crooks!!! The driver never stopped at my place for pick-up but he noted in their system that he made a second attempt! It's a disgrace to do business with this company. They won't disclose the driver's name or phone number so that I can communicate directly with him. Don't use them if you don't want to waste your money, your breath and moreover your time! Choose USPS or FEDEX. There are so many other mailing companies who'd like to earn your business. Please do yourself a favor and don't use UPS if you don't want to be sorry later on. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
