On Nov 18, 2011 we went into IHOP to meet some relatives who were traveling from Montana to New Mexico. We went in at 8:30 am. The waitress was quick to get our drinks but didn't come back to get our order until 9:00. (and that was only after she helped three other tables that got there after us) And I had to call out to her that we were ready to order. We received our order at 9:25. Fifty-five minutes after we walked into the door. Two of the members of our family had to go to work and thus got to work later than they would have liked to have. The restaurant only had about six tables in the whole place that were being used. The waitresses were not very friendly and walked around like snails. I can't say that I would recommend this particular place to anyone of my friends or family. It was very disappointing.

I went in last friday night to IHOP in Springville and I thought it was wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly the way I wanted it and came out in a decent amount of time. I thought the service was great as well. I had 4 other people with me and we all agree we will be back. The food hasnt tasted that great in a long time.
