Generally, a good day at work for me is if my patients are satisfied and happy. It's not always that we reach every goal that we set but that were moving in the right direction, that the patients are either feeling better, or that their labs are getting closer to where we want them. Ultimately, as long as the patient is moving in the direction they want to be moving in, then I'm happy.
