My child was here for less than a year and when we first signed him up they didn't tell me that there would be hidden fees which there were he would always get HURT one day his face got hurt really bad Sheila called me and then she was laughing on the phone pretty much saying it was just a scratch I go and pick him up the left side of his face was scabbed up they said he fell when I took him to his doctor the doctor said it looked like he was pushed when I asked my son what happened he said HIT ME. I would literally have to remind them almost every day to get my child more water because when he came home his diaper was so dry and I asked them what the deal was with that if they just didn't want to change diapers and it even came to the point where the lady was like well I just won't give him milk at lunch but we can go ahead and give him a cup of water and I was like why can't he just have water and milk. They allow children to come into the daycare SICK they won't call the parents or anything my son got so sick that he had been sick for 2 weeks and then he had to be admitted into the hospital as well the probably have to have surgery there is a daycare right behind them there is multiple daycares in the area If you CARE about your child I would not recommend you leave them I feel stupid for trusting them with my angel Even in the beginning when he had just joined I would always watch the cameras and one day I noticed one of the teachers and jerked up a little girl by her arm and I called the school and I took a screenshot and I left Sheila no and she was told me okay let me play store please hold while I go and get this teacher out of the room right away and she came back on the phone it should I do apologize she hasn't been properly trained and I was just thinking why would you have somebody in the classroom with children when they were not properly trained and why would you say that to me just imagine if that had been my child that was somebody else's daughter

DO NOT place your child at this facility. My daughter was abused on two separate days within a week and no one could tell us what happened to her. Not even the Director (at the time) Mary Livesay could've told us what happened to our little girl. They also do not teach the kids anything and most of the staff are uneducated and untrained as well as loud and disrespectful to the parents. Save your time and money and invest it in a better educational environment for your children. You will be glad you did. :)
