One life Fitness is amazing! The new renovations have really made the gym better for everyone. The classes and instructors are first rate and THE ABSOLUTE BEST I've ever used! I've being going to a gym almost every day since I was 21. It wasn't until I transferred my membership to this specific gym (One Life Fitness Stafford) that I found a gym. From the amazingly fantastic extremely caring Trainers, to the well trained class Les Mills instructors, to Robin, to Phillip, to everyone you meet, THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE!!! Large groups of us get together with the trainers and instructors and do special things together to help encourage everyone to keep up with their fitness goals. Nutrition lectures, cooking classes, 7 day meal prep, birthday celebrations, and weekend races. Especially the Fredericksburg Marine Core and the Williamsburg Christmas Town 8k. Fitness is a lifestyle and can be loads of fun. It's a total package that One slugs Fitness Stafford gets right!!! The gym staff know your name and that smile and welcome starts your workout on the right foot. Thank God I found this group of amazing caring people. This is the gym you want to belong to.
