Good Quality Work. Cleaned up well.

Superior service! Called and they came out and gave a free estimate on several large trees. Due to weather had to reschedule the dates but they worked hard and the job was done superbly. They even cleaned up the job site. I am very impressed with the whole operation to include the billing. Excellent job and highly recommend Billy and his crew. Jeff - Stafford, VA

Great Job by the folks at Tree Times!! Thanks for a job well done, the professionalism and expertise was well displayed. Could not be happier with the work these guys did. They kept all appointments and when the job was complete my yard was cleaner than before they arrived. Would recommend them to anyone looking for tree service.

Everything started out ok until it rained. Then rescheduling us was not a priority. Several times I emailed and called to set times p for them to come to my house to complete work. When they finally did make it out to my house, on the day as scheduled they worked really hard, but coming back to complete the work is a complete joke. Communication between the owner and the office people and the people that cut down the trees is nonexistent. When we tried to schedule again to complete the work the owner went off in me and my husband. I have never dealt with a business owner who yells at the customer. Then we tried to give him a second chance and Billy, the owner, he never showed to discuss what the problems were. Needless to say, we had to go wuth someone else to finish the work. The tree guys themselves were great, but Billy the owner.. Not so much. Dont do business with him because he will get your business and then forget what he agreed to. Make sure you keep your contract!
