I called them about tree damage on my house. The gutters were completely mangled and I was worried about water damage if it rains. Mike came out right away. The next day I had the estimate and I gave them the go ahead to do the work. The other guys 1) did not have anyone in the office and 2) did not call me back till two days later, their loss. Anyway, Gutter Guys also referred me to the carpenter who was just as down to earth but professional. When it counts call the Gutter Guys.

Called for an estimate. They called back and showed up (11/20) to give estimate for repair and cleaning of gutters. Declined cleaning, $150 was way too high compared to the $80 - $85 I usually pay. Agreed to repair for $330, gave them a check for $150. They said they would call back tomorrow with a schedule date. Three days later (11/23) called back for schedule date, they seemed confused, promised would straigthen it out and call back. Called again (10/27) for a schedule date, spoke with Gary, acknowledged check but still could not provide date. Gary was very condescending. I finally told him, just put my check in an envelope to return it. Then was told never to call back. I won't. Run, don't walk, from these people.

I had water coming in through my ceiling after the last snow storm, so i called a few different places to help me out. I had to leave messages for the first few companies I called,then I called Gutter Guys in Stamford. I spoke with Gary who informed me that this was likely due to an "ice dam" situation and they could set an appointment for me THAT DAY!!!!!Within a few hours they were at my house and identified that,indeed, I had an "ice dam" on my roof. They removed the snow off my roof and the leak stopped shorlty thereafter. I was very impressed! This is what i call super service. KathyB.

Just wanted to share that this company did an excellent job installing new gutters for me. They meet with me for an estimate and gave me several options to make my gutters work better, which helped solve a water problem I had in my basement for years. They have been cleaning my gutters ever since and we are extremely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.
