If I could put zero stars I would. I rented a tuxedo from tuxedo world. I was the best man at the wedding. The tuxedo fell apart throughout the night. The buttons fell off stitches came out of the jacket. I called tuxedo world to see if they could help the situation and they told me it wasn't a big deal. I had to take pictures with a broken jacket. I asked for my money back which the employee from tuxedo world insured me that I would be getting it back and to speak with Rocco. I called and spoke with Rocco and he told me I wouldn't be getting any of my money back. He used a lot of profanity during the conversation. They have a lot of bad reviews on BBB
