Provided by YP.comMake sure you booked your reservation correctly or this company will charge you the full rate whether they provide you service, they take your credit card info and charge you in advice unless you cancel a full 24 hours advanced! This company charged me a full rate of $399 for service that was never provided because I accidentally booked the wrong transportation company for our group of 13! Use Mountain Express, they are much more accommodating and won't wrongly charge you for a service not provided. Go Alpine charged my account of $399 and never refunded any portion even service was not provided. Go Alpine, you have very very bad business motto!!!!

We notify guests that their credit card will be charged for the full amount at the end of every reservation and send a confirmation email to reflect such after booking – whether booked online or over the phone. We go over our cancellation policy at the end of every phone reservation, and include it in two separate places on our confirmation emails. We require cancellations to be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up time in order to issue a refund. We happily extend 60 day credits for same type service on cancellations made within 24 hours, or can change a reservation to reflect updated information at no additional charge. I apologize if all of these options were not fully explained when you called to cancel. I have tried to find your reservation based on the $399 fare but have been unable to find such.
